Stewart McCullough

With over a decade of experience in Premiership Rugby and Premier League football, Stewart McCullough ventured into his own PR and content production business in 2023. As the Media Manager at Newcastle Falcons from 2010 to 2014, he fostered a close working relationship with Dean Richards before transitioning to Premier League football with Hull City.

During his tenure at Hull City, Stewart provided media training for notable figures like Andrew Robertson and Harry Maguire. He collaborated with high-profile personalities, including manager Steve Bruce and club captain Michael Dawson, who became a regular guest on Soccer Saturday. Stewart, known for his excellent reputation in football media, coordinated player interviews with national and local press, boosting exposure for Hull City.

Stewart recognised the evolving media landscape and immersed himself in the digital world, honing his skills as a professional videographer. His time at Worcester Warriors from 2019 further developed his video production expertise, especially with the women’s set up in the Allianz Premier 15s.

Graduating with an honours degree in English Literature and Education Studies in 2008, Stewart earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism a year later. He gained practical experience through weeks of work at regional newspapers.

Currently, Stewart is expanding his business, taking the lead in PR and producing video/written content for sports clubs, businesses, and charities. He serves as a matchday program editor and, in 2023, produced the Celtic v Wolves pre-season friendly edition for their game at the Aviva Stadium.
